Dear Customers, Chefs, and Owners.

      We are back this coming 2023 season to fill your fridges with nutritious and delicious, regeneratively grown produce. We believe, if you nourish and sustain the soil, it will in return nourish you.

      A healthy, biodiverse soil ecosystem can increase the retention of nutrients in the soil and in your food. High nutrient density equals to foods with bolder flavors and aromas. As such, the nutrient density and quality of our food and soil are of utmost importance to us as farmers.

      Starting in May of 2023, we will be offering a handful of restaurants priority choices of specialty vegetable, fruit, herb, edible floral, and floral arrangement products. We are excited to grow for you!


Weekly Restaurant Delivery 


Starting in May of 2023 we will be offering specialty produce for restaurants that enjoy fresh, nutrient dense foods with bold flavors. Restaurants will get priority choice and only our best quality of produce that comes off the farm. Structured on a weekly order basis. "Green sheets" or product lists will be emailed or text to Chefs on Sundays of each week. Orders must be placed by 6pm on Tuesdays of each week. Orders will then be delivered to you the same day it is harvested on Wednesday's of each week. From our farm to your walk-in in under 8 hours to ensure freshness and quality of produce. Product List for 2023


Chives 

Dolores OG, great for fresh use and storage. Uniform foliage, grown for flowers by request. Grown May-Nov. 

Kale (Large)

Green Curly, Laccianato, and Red Russian OG, beautifully fresh and crisp. Adds texture and nutrition to any dish. Grown May-Nov. 

Baby Kale Mix

Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste

Green Onions

Nabechan OG, highly productive variety on our farm, uniform soft green foliage, bulbs packed with flavor, and after left in ground for 90 days or more you are left with a large scallion similar to a mini-leak. Intense flavors known as a Negi in Japan. Grown May-Nov. 

Carrots

Yaya, Mokum, Romance OG, We do carrots in the early season while pest pressure is low and high summer heat are not present. All large Nelson like types. Unifom, sweet, and delicious. Grown April-June.

Dill

Thalia OG, our favorite crop to harvest, pungent aroma perfumes our farm all day long during the season. Uniform, aromatic, and full of flavor to accent any meal. Grown May-November. 

Radish (Sora) 

Sora OG, round radish variety that takes the trophy for our best summer crop. Highly uniform dark green foliage, with a spicy, succulent, bright red root. Full of flavor all summer long for fresh use and cooked use. Grown May-Nov.

Radish (French Breakfast) 

French Breakfast OG, our favorite early season variety for fresh use. Pairs well with our baby kale mix for a gourmet salad. Crisp bite, long lasting flavor. Grown April-July  

Radish (Purple Diakon) 


Broccolini

Del Cinco OG, we switched from growing head broccoli to broccolini and we will never go back. This crop is the gift that keeps on giving. Uniform broccolini heads produce all season long, the more we cut the more that comes back. Great for fresh us and cooked use. Grown May-Aug. 

Squash (Yellow) 

Tempest OG 

Cilantro & Parsley 

Santo Cilantro & Giant of Italy OG, the hidden gems on our farm, mostly utilized as an “inter-plant” for other crops in our rotation. Great companion plant, and even better culinary herb. Medicinal, aromatic, and delicious when eaten fresh or cooked. At request can be grown for coriander purposes as well.  Grown May-July & Sep-Nov. 

Asparagus 

Variety unknown, this patch was a treasure left for us from previous owners, probably our most delicious veggie in our arsenal. Great fresh and cooked. Uniform, thick trunk with sweet, and tender head. Limited in supply, first come first serve basis. Grown May-July.
